Our Services include: Dispatch (AI front desk), JobPilot (automated lead capture), ClientHub (CRM integration), Boost (managed marketing), and WebBuild (website design). This Policy applies across all of these products.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including Dispatch, JobPilot, ClientHub, Boost, and WebBuild

We may use data in aggregated or de-identified form to:
- Analyze usage trends across the platform

- Train and evaluate internal AI systems, including voice and chat models used by Dispatch and JobPilot

Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, communications infrastructure, payment processing, and CRM integrations. These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
If you enable ClientHub integrations, we will transmit relevant customer interaction data to your designated third-party CRM or scheduling platforms on your behalf. By enabling such integrations, you authorize this data transfer and agree that Fixr Technologies LLC is not responsible for the data practices of those third-party platforms.
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our users, or others. This includes cooperation with law enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.
We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for business, analytics, or research purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer necessary, we will delete or de-identify it in accordance with our internal data retention practices.
Call recordings, transcripts, SMS logs, and chat histories generated through Dispatch or JobPilot are retained for the period specified in your subscription plan or as required by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording and logging features complies with all applicable consent and disclosure requirements.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access or update certain account information through your dashboard
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations
- Opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time
- Request a copy of personal information we hold about you

AI-Generated Communications
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to facilitate voice calls, SMS messages, chat interactions, and lead follow-ups on your behalf through Dispatch and JobPilot. In connection with these features:
- Interactions may be recorded, transcribed, and stored as described in this Policy
- AI-generated responses are based on configurations and data you provide to the platform
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all AI-facilitated communications comply with applicable laws, including consent and disclosure requirements under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws
- Fixr Technologies LLC does not control the content of AI-generated responses beyond the parameters you configure and is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of such content
Your responsibility: You must obtain appropriate consent from individuals before Dispatch or JobPilot initiates or responds to communications on your behalf, and provide required opt-out mechanisms in all messaging.
International Data Processing
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this Policy.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it as soon as practicable. Payments
Payment processing for Subscriptions and add-on services is handled by third-party payment processors. Fixr Technologies LLC does not store payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial credentials on its systems. All payment data is handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
